Thomas S. Fisher, P.C. is a progressive law firm which focuses primarily on the legal issues facing small to medium size corporations and businesses as well as concentrating on clients involved in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial real estate. Since we do provide a complete array of business related legal services to our clients, we also provide commercial and contractual litigation and dispute resolution. For the principals of our clients, we render financial, estate, and tax planning.

We have over 18 years experience and believe that we deliver a first rate, hands on, personal service for our clients.

We are generally available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The initial consultation is at no charge. Most services are billed at an hourly rate of $175.00 per hour. Some services, however, are billed on a flat fee basis. For example, a "one person" corporation is a flat fee of $500.00 that includes the filing fees. In other instances, there are usually no other charges billed except court costs, filing fees, delivery charges and other direct out of pocket cost. We invoice monthly, and would appreciate payment upon receipt of the invoice.
